Lifetime Warranty on Clarine Watches

At Clarine, we design watches built to last a lifetime. Our watches are crafted with precision and care, and we stand by that with one of the best warranties in the business.

Our Lifetime Guarantee:

For as long as you own your Clarine watch, we guarantee it will work perfectly. If it doesn’t, we’ll repair or replace it for free.

How it Works:

If you have an issue, email us at info@clarineco.com.
We’ll fix or replace your watch—no questions asked.

What’s Not Covered:

Straps and bracelets
Batteries (must be replaced when needed)
Damage from misuse or improper handling (including improper battery replacement)
Water damage if you don’t lock your crown
Condensation inside the watch caused by rapid temperature changes, such as going from heat to cold

Important Notes:

The warranty is non-transferable.
If your model is no longer available, we’ll replace it with one of similar value.

We recommend servicing your watch every 5 years, with battery life typically lasting 2-4 years.
