Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
