Lifetime Warranty on Clarine Watches

At Clarine, we design watches built to last a lifetime. Our watches are crafted with precision and care, and we stand by that with one of the best warranties in the business.

Our Lifetime Guarantee:

For as long as you own your Clarine watch, we guarantee it will work perfectly. If it doesn’t, we’ll repair or replace it for free.

How it Works:

• If you have an issue, email us at [email protected].
• We’ll fix or replace your watch—no questions asked.

What’s Not Covered:

• Straps and bracelets
• Batteries (must be replaced when needed)
• Damage from misuse or improper handling (including improper battery replacement)
• Water damage if you don’t lock your crown
• Condensation inside the watch caused by rapid temperature changes, such as going from heat to cold

Important Notes:

• The warranty is non-transferable.
• If your model is no longer available, we’ll replace it with one of similar value.

We recommend servicing your watch every 5 years, with battery life typically lasting 2-4 years.
